Job description and responsibilities
- Report to Project HOD/ Project Sponsor/ Directors and communicate with all team members
- To prepare cost budget and negotiate with all sub-contractors on scope of works and final cost
- To oversee entire project, include mechanical, electrical services and architectural works
- Hold regular client meeting/ subcon meeting, prepare weekly report and MS project macro and micro schedule for all trades
Coordinate, instruct, update individual services
- To plan and coordinate between client, main contractor, colleagues, sub-contractors and vendors to schedule and sequence of work
- Ensure deliverables is according to specification and drawing
- To update as-built drawing according to individual services
- To understand and perform the requirement according to the local standard and comply to the authority's requirement
- Responsible for all safety requirement and carry work with good safety practice
- To review and monitor submission of material and drawing
- To review and monitor for shop drawing
- To identify possible technical problems, propose solutions
- To prepare all calculation for each trade
- Carry out pre-inspection with trades sub-contractors
- Prepare for Operational Maintenance manual
- Carry out testing and commissioning according to standard and client's requirement
- To prepare, submit and ensure variation orders are agreed with client/ consultants
- To close up final account with clients and all sub-contractors
Requirements
- Diploma with 10 years experiences in mechanical, electrical or architectural discipline
- Degree with 5 years experiences in related field
- Well verse in CAD drawing, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project and MS PowerPoint
- Experience in Additional & alternation project/ Fit-out work is a plus
